Makel Smarthome Automation

At Mesa Yeşilyaka Su, lighting, curtains, VRV air conditioning and underfloor heating systems have been integrated into a unified infrastructure using Makel automation products. Users can control each system individually or activate personalized living scenarios with a single command.

Central and Remote Control

Home automation systems can be monitored and controlled through Makel central management and remote access solutions. Lighting, curtain and climate-control functions can be accessed securely and conveniently from touch panels or mobile devices.

Makel Security and IP Intercom System

Security and IP intercom functions have been implemented using Makel products and integrated with the home automation infrastructure. Residents can view visitor calls, manage entrance communication and monitor security system status through the same user interface.

Across 472 villas, lighting, shading, VRV climate control, underfloor heating, remote access, central management, security and IP intercom were integrated on a KNX backbone, combining private use with central management.

Mesa Yeşilyaka Su uses a KNX-based villa automation infrastructure across 472 villas, supporting personalised comfort, security and energy efficiency.

Project approach
