At the Divanhane building, lighting scenes, sensor-based area control, climate management, security integration and central monitoring were combined through a KNX infrastructure designed around the building’s operational requirements.
At Tersane Istanbul Divanhane, comfort, energy efficiency and technical operations were addressed through a KNX-based automation infrastructure compatible with the architectural identity of the building.
Lighting and climate systems operate automatically according to usage schedules, event scenarios and occupancy information received from sensors. A predefined comfort scenario is activated when the building is in use, while unused areas switch to energy-saving mode.
Lighting scenes prepared for different operating requirements can be activated through a single command. Technical teams can centrally monitor system conditions and alarms and intervene remotely when required.
