Sensor-Based Room Automation

Presence sensors, door contacts and room-status data work together to reliably detect guest occupancy. Lighting and HVAC systems are automatically managed to maintain comfort while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.

Central Monitoring and PMS Integration

Room occupancy, temperature, energy use, technical faults, alarms and guest requests are monitored in real time through a central system. Through PMS integration, check-in and check-out information is transferred to the room automation system, automatically activating welcome, comfort and energy-saving scenarios.

Makel Electric Control Modules and Wiring Accessories

Lighting, curtain, HVAC and energy-control functions are managed through Makel Electric automation modules. User interfaces are completed with Makel Electric switches, sockets and thermostats selected to complement the architectural concept of the project.

116 oda kapsamındaki projede aydınlatma, iklimlendirme, merkezi yönetim, güvenlik ve Fidelio/Opera PMS entegrasyonu, KNX tabanlı oda ve bina otomasyonu içinde bütünleştirildi.

Radisson Individuals Premier İstanbul projesinde 116 oda için misafir konforu ile işletme verimliliğini birlikte destekleyen KNX tabanlı oda ve bina otomasyon altyapısı uygulandı.

Proje yaklaşımı

Sensörlü otel otomasyonu, merkezi izleme ve otel yönetim sistemi entegrasyonu ortak veri akışı içinde kurgulandı. Misafir konforu korunurken enerji yönetimi, servis süreçleri ve teknik işletme daha ölçülebilir hâle getirildi.
