Across 650 rooms + common areas + villaslar, Anda Barut Collection combines KNX and Fidelio/Opera PMS integration around sensor-verified room occupancy. Arrival prepares the room for welcome and comfort, while confirmed vacancy moves lighting and climate functions into a controlled energy-saving state.
The automation concept for Anda Barut Collection brings 650 rooms + common areas + villaslar, lighting, climate control, security, central monitoring and Fidelio/Opera PMS data together on a shared KNX backbone. When a guest checks in, PMS data prepares the assigned room for welcome and comfort. Entry information from the door contact or electronic lock starts the arrival logic; after the door closes, presence sensors scan the room and verify actual occupancy.
Comfort conditions are maintained while the guest is present. If no presence is detected for the configured period after a door event, the system confirms that the room is vacant: lighting and managed loads are switched off and climate control moves to an economy setpoint. Check-out returns the room to vacant/standby status, with conditions and alarms available to central operations. Guestrooms, villas and common areas are managed as distinct zones within a central operational view.
Implemented Systems
- Sensor-verified occupancy combined with door/lock data
- Fidelio/Opera PMS check-in and check-out integration
- Lighting and room scenarios
- Climate control and economy setpoints
- Vacant-room and energy-saving scenarios
- Security system integration
- Central status, alarm and operations monitoring
- Zoned management of guestrooms, villas and common areas
Project Approach
Occupancy is verified by sensing instead of inferred from a card holder or a single door event. This protects comfort, reduces vacant-room consumption and gives technical teams a more accurate view through shared PMS and central-management data.
