Makel KNX Automation Infrastructure

Lighting and curtain control across 441 apartments has been implemented using Makel Elektrik KNX control-panel modules and modular automation switches. The system enables different residential functions to operate through a reliable and expandable KNX backbone.

Control with Makel 10.1-Inch KNX Touchscreens

The Makel 10.1-inch KNX touchscreens installed in the apartments provide centralized access to lighting, curtains, security and other automation functions. Central management and remote access capabilities combine an intuitive user experience with operational requirements.

DNAKE IP Intercom and Security Integration

DNAKE outdoor intercom units operate in coordination with the KNX touchscreens and security infrastructure installed in the apartments. Residents can view visitor calls, manage entrance communication and monitor security system status through a unified interface.

Across 441 apartments, lighting, shading, remote access, central management, security and IP intercom were integrated on a KNX infrastructure.

Emlak Konut Göktürk Kemer Evleri uses a Makel Electric KNX-based automation infrastructure across 441 apartments, bringing comfort, security and energy efficiency into one coordinated system.



Within the scope of the project, Makel Elektrik KNX Panel Modules Modular Automation Switches, 10.1" KNX Touch Screens and Dnake brand intercom outdoor units were used.

Project approach
